Purchasing

We have had a lot of feedback from customers that even though the item page showed stock available, when buyers reached the checkout, they were told that the inventory was not available.

Our store is on the Shopify platform, and it's one of the idiosyncrasies of their cart that inventory is only reduced when a buyer completes checkout, but it is "held" for 5 minutes for the buyer when they start the checkout procedure.

The result is as described above. If you reach the checkout and are told that no inventory is available, it is because it is "held" by other buyers who have already started to check out. You've basically been beat to the punch, as frustrating as that can be.

What does that mean for you? If you are buying an item that you suspect might sell out quickly, the best way to reserve your purchase is to immediately proceed to the checkout after adding the item to your cart. It's no guarantee that you'll score that hot release, but we hope it helps a little!
 
Payment

Payment is made through major credit/debit cards and Paypal, through the online shopping cart.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. I will send you a reminder if I haven’t received payment within that time period. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item(s) will be re-listed for sale. In the case of Limited Editions, payment is expected IMMEDIATELY. These editions are highly sought after, and in order to be fair to everyone, I must receive payment at the time of purchase for these. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the site, please contact me as soon as possible so we can try to solve the issue together. I'm here to help :)

 
Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS, unless another carrier is requested by the customer. Domestic orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days of receipt, and international orders are shipped weekly. 
 
Shipping fee includes required packaging materials - I take great care to make sure your items reach you undamaged, so you can expect them to be wrapped appropriately. Shipping costs are rising, it stinks,  and I feel the pinch too. Unfortunately, it's just a part of the business that we both have to deal with. I cross-reference weights and costs with the post office on a regular basis, to make sure I am charging accurately.

*NOTE: Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your item! Sometimes, especially during rush holiday hours, the post office can be a little slow, and I am not always able to ship immediately. If there will be a big delay, I will try my best to let you know.

Items are shipped to the address you have provided as your SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless we have arranged otherwise.  If you wish to ship the item to a different address, please contact me via email immediately to give me the recipient’s name and address. I can't be responsible if I am given the incorrect address to ship to!

*Note for International Customers: I am not responsible if any additional customs fees occur in your country of residence. For more information on customs fees in your country of residence, please contact your local Customs Office.  *NOTE: Items are not subject to return if the reason is customs fees that have occurred in your country.
 
Returns and Refunds

We want our artwork to make people happy. It is very important that you are satisfied.  But if by any chance the item you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, let's talk about it. We generally do not accept returns on handmade items unless there is a defect, or if you were accidentally sent the wrong item. We work very hard to accurately represent the quality of our work in the pictures and description. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

*NOTE:  Custom Ordered items are not subject to refund/return.

 
Losses


We do our best to ensure the successful shipment of purchase. However, we cannot be held responsible if an item gets lost in the mail. Standard Priority mail through USPS includes a tracking number, but if you desire additional insurance or delivery confirmation on your item, please email us and we can add it at the time of purchase.
 

Custom orders
Occasionally we will accept orders for individual commissions. They will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit reserves my time for your project, and allows us to purchase any needed supplies before starting work. Commission pieces cannot be returned/refunded, and many photos will be taken to show your finished piece from every angle and detail, to assure your satisfaction before the rest of the purchase price is rendered.
Flipping
We have a zero tolerance policy on flippers. If a customer is found to be flipping purchased merchandise on eBay or other online sales resources, they will no longer be permitted to purchase from my store. We define flipping as: selling purchased merchandise at inflated prices (inflated beyond current retail value + shipping) for profit. Do not do this. You will be banned from all future purchases. No exceptions.
